Short answer. Pole heels is pole dance performed in platform heels. Published Brussels options include Air Dance School, Brussels Art Pole, Flow Factory, Jezebel, Verticale and VIBES. Class names, levels and entry dates differ, so check the individual description before booking.
What the class is
You keep the pole: climbs, sits, flow and floorwork, done in shoes with a high heel and a platform. The shoes change your balance, the line of the leg, and how you walk into a move. They do not replace technique you have not learned yet.
A first heels class is often an introduction to walking, posture and simple pole contact, not a catalogue of tricks. At Flow Factory, pole heels is offered at Intro, level 1 and level 2, and one Saturday slot — Pole Heels Intro — is women-only because all regular Saturday classes there are women-only. Platforms are not required for Intro; most students attend a first class, then check with the teacher which platforms to order. If you already have platforms, you can bring them.
Heels dance, without a pole, is a different class. Flow Factory teaches that too, and describes it as open to all levels. The comparison is on pole heels vs heels dance. Shoe shapes, boots and ankle support are on choosing shoes.

Check the specific class and see the language guide.
How to start
If heels is what interests you, look for an introduction that explicitly accepts complete beginners. Ask the teacher about prerequisites and shoe requirements before buying equipment. A standard pole beginner class is another starting point; it is not the same product as a heels introduction.
Visiting teachers may also offer heels workshops. Use our workshop guide to find official listings and check the prerequisites before booking.
