Check whether a teacher is present and whether you meet the session’s requirements. A practice booking, a taught class and room hire are different things.

Published options

Flow Factory Brussels, Schaerbeek: Pole Practice has no teacher and asks for at least ten previous classes. Check current availability on the studio’s booking page.

Jezebel Studio, Molenbeek: community free-training sessions have their own participation guidelines. Read the official explanation for the current hours and expectations. These sessions should not be confused with a taught introduction.

These are verified examples, not a complete inventory of open practice in Brussels.

Questions before reserving

Ask whether supervision is included, what experience is required, whether poles are shared and which equipment is available. If you want to work on a movement you have not learned, ask about a taught class or private lesson.

If you are brand new

Choose an introductory class with a teacher. Do not infer that a slot called open pole is suitable for a first visit. Our beginner guide explains how to find a starting class.
