Short answer. Flow Factory Brussels publishes two women-only classes on Saturdays: Pole Beginner 1 (trial) and Pole Heels Intro. Its other classes are open to all genders. The other directory listings did not publish a weekly women-only pole class on the pages checked.

Why these classes exist

Some women want a room without men in it, including for religious or cultural reasons, and will not start pole if that room does not exist. A women-only class is a way to make the practice available to them. It is not a claim that mixed classes are unsafe, and it is not a rule about who may do pole.

Flow Factory states that it added the two Saturday slots for that reason, and that the rest of the week stays open to everyone. The beginner slot it publishes is Saturdays, 11:15–12:30. Confirm the heels introduction time on the studio timetable. Times move.

The studio’s classes, women-only or not, are for adults 18 and over.

Other studios

On the pages checked on 4–6 October 2026, Air Dance School, Brussels Art Pole, Jezebel, Full Moon, Verticale, VIBES and Pole Dance Family did not publish a weekly women-only pole class. A one-off workshop can still use that format. If you need it, ask the studio, or send a public source.

Men and other students who want a mixed beginner class should book a slot that is not marked women-only. At Flow Factory, that is the rest of the beginner timetable, not the Saturday trial. Compare all listings in the directory.
