Disciplines

The studio’s own class list includes:

Levels

This is the Flow Factory scale, not a city-wide one.

Class Who it is for
Pole Beginner 1, including trial No experience. Single class, year-round.
Pole Beginner 1–2 At least 5 beginner classes already taken.
Pole Practice No teacher. At least 10 classes already taken.
Pole flow About 3 months of pole.
Intermediate pole Up to level 3. The class description states the level.

Saturday Beginner Level 1 is published as 11:15–12:30 and women-only. Weekday hours should be read on the studio site. They move.

Languages

Classes may be taught in French, English, or both, depending on the teacher and the group. Most teachers can adapt if someone in the room needs the other language. This is the studio’s wording, not a promise that every hour is fully bilingual.

Who the classes are for

The studio describes itself as open to all genders, bodies and backgrounds. Two Saturday classes are women-only: Pole Beginner 1 (trial) and Pole Heels Intro. They were added for women who, for religious or cultural reasons, need a women-only room. Every other class stays mixed.

Classes are for adults, 18 and over.

Facilities and poles

The published floor area is 145 m²: a 100 m² air-conditioned studio and a 45 m² lobby used for changing. There is no shower. The room has mirrors, yoga mats, a Sonos system and controllable LED lighting. Outdoor shoes come off in the entrance.

There are 9 stainless poles: 7 of 45 mm diameter and 2 of 40 mm. Each pole can be set to spin or static with an x-lock, sometimes called a quick spin. Pole height is not stated on the public pages used for this profile.

The studio can also be hired, with or without the poles. That rental is a separate product from a class or from Pole Practice.

Access

The door is automated. It opens 30 minutes before class. The studio itself is accessible from 15 minutes before the start until 15 minutes after. A later arrival is not let through, so the class is not interrupted. On a first visit, ring. A badge is issued once a student has bought at least a 5-class card.

Street parking exists and is limited. The studio recommends public transport or a bike. A Villo station at Liedts is part of the published bike route.

Current prices and the live schedule stay on the studio’s site. Last checked: 12 October 2026. To compare neighbourhoods, languages and beginner formats, use the directory.
